Team dormabaka cyclists Robyn de Groot and Samantha Sanders have been selected to represent South Africa at the UCI Cross Country Marathon (XCM) World Championships to take place in Switzerland at the end of September.
The two will join Sarah Hill as the three-member elite South African women’s team competing at this prestigious event in Graechen, in the Valais canton in Switzerland.
“We are incredibly proud of these two ladies on their selection and qualification for the World Champs. This event is always an incredibly tightly contested affair and we wish them all the best with their preparations and the race itself. We know they will proudly fly the South African flag on this global stage and look forward to cheering them on,” says Shaun Frayne, MD of dormakaba South Africa.
